Do you ship outside Dhaka?

Yes. Outside-Dhaka delivery is available at the rate shown at checkout (default ৳130).

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available on eligible orders within Bangladesh.

Are the jute products handmade?

Many jute pieces are hand-finished or hand-wrapped. Each product page lists materials and origin.

How do I choose a shoe size?

Our shoes use EU sizing (36–41). If you are between sizes, we suggest the larger size for jute espadrilles.

Can I return a bag?

Unworn bags in original condition may be returned within 7 days. See the Return Policy.
